Prof. Carlos Stround elected Vice Chair of American Physical Society's
Division of Laser Science

It was just announced by the American Physical Society that the election results for their new Divisional officers are now officially published.
Prof. Carlos Stroud has been elected
Vice-Chair of the Division. He will serve for one year in that
office and then move up to the Chair-Elect position.
