The Undergrad Teaching Laboratories
The Optics Teaching Laboratory facilities are located on the recently renovated fifth floor of Wilmot Hall. The facility is easily accessed through the Wilmot or Goergen Hall elevators. It consists of 16 laboratory rooms, two fully equipped darkrooms, and a collaboratory.
The facility's full-time lab director, Per Adamson, works with faculty members and graduate teaching assistants to prepare and supervise scheduled laboratories sessions. The laboratories are for instruction and demonstration at the undergraduate and graduate level.
These are the standard laboratory courses offered during the academic year:

- Optics 202 Physical Optics
- Optics 203 Instrumentation and Testing
- Optics 204 Sources and Detectors Lab
