Conference Area
The conference will be held in Goergen Hall, which is located on the River Campus of the University of Rochester. You will only need a parking permit Monday through Friday; Sunday parking on campus is free. If you arranged for an on-campus parking permit, drive up to the information booth on Joseph C. Wilson Blvd as you enter campus and tell them you ordered a permit for the Optics conference. Goergen Hall and the Wilson Blvd information booth are marked in blue in the Google Map below.

Hotel Options
ICPEPA-8 has arranged special rates with the hotels listed below for the week of the conference. The number of rooms is limited so early reservation is highly recommended. The hotels also offer transport to and from campus. Let the front desk of your hotel know ahead of time if you need transportation to campus.
Reserving online: Some hotels allow reservations to be made online using the rates listed below. You will receive any necessary passwords for online reservations in your registration confirmation email.
